Your confession can be absolutely anything. Serious, sexual, trivial, truthful, meaningful, funny, heartbreaking, or hilarious. Anything goes.

For example:

• ‘I had an affair with my husband’s sister.’

• ‘I shrunk all my husband’s sweaters in the wash and pretended it was an accident, just so I didn’t have to wash them anymore.’

• ‘I pretend I don’t know how to do certain tasks at work so I don’t have to do them at all.’

• ‘I lied to family about being ill just so I could have a day alone in bed.’

• ‘I wish I had a completely different life.’

• ‘I accidentally on purpose elbow men on crowded trains.’
